1. The Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM), through authorized appropriations under GAA intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY FOUR PESOS AND 70/100 ONLY (748, 824.70) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS LABORATORY SUPPLIES FOR CY 2025 (BATCH 36) with reference no.: BAC-IB no.: 2025-A-108. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
