1. The Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM), through authorized appropriations under GAA intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINETEEN PESOS AND 64/100 ONLY (P2, 007, 419.64) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS LABORATORY SUPPLIES FOR CY 2025 (BATCH 20) RE-BID with reference no.: BAC-IB no.: 2025-A-142. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
