1. The Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM), through authorized appropriations under GAA intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS AND 11/100 ONLY (P3, 407, 980.11) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS LABORATORY SUPPLIES FOR CY 2025 (BATCH 20) with reference no.: BAC-IB no.: 2025-A-73 . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
