Description : Supply and Delivery of Various Kitchenware for the Provinces of Albay, Masbate and Sorsogon
1) The Department of Labor and Employment, Regional Office No. 5, through the FY 2026 Government Fund for Livelihood intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-One Pesos and Seventy Centavos (PhP2, 352, 771.70) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Kitchenware for the Provinces of Albay, Masbate and Sorsogon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Labor and Employment Regional Office No. 5 now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Various Kitchenware for the Provinces of Albay, Masbate and Sorsogon using the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA). Delivery of the Goods is required 30 days for items for fabrication and 15 days for other items upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project....
