1. The Provincial Government of Pangasinan, through the Provincial Governor-s Office (PR#2026-03-00979) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Three Pesos (P3, 012, 363.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Janitorial Supplies at Provincial Governor-s Office, Lingayen, Pangasinan (for use of various offices and hospitals). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
