1. The Philippine Children-s Medical Center (PCMC) through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Four Hundred Twenty Thousand Three Hundred Pesos and 50/100 (Php5, 420, 300.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under contract for the following projects. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
