SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS INORGANIC FERTILIZER TO BE DISTRIBUTED TO THE BENEFICIARIES OF LIVELIHOOD PROJECTS UNDER SAAD PROGRAM FOR CY 2026
1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATION ACT for the Year 2026 intends to apply the sum FOUR MILLION TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P4, 252, 500.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for DA3-2026-02-0812. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for the month of AUGUST 2026 or from the date indicated in the Notice to Proceed.
Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
