SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS ICT EQUIPMENT FOR CY 2026
1) The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) - Field Office III, through the GAA CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE PESOS
AND 98/100 ONLY (PHP 5, 134, 355.98) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS ICT EQUIPMENT FOR CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) - Field Office III now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS ICT EQUIPMENT FOR CY 2026 using the Most Economically Advantageous Responsive Bid (MEARB) award criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required WITHIN THE PERIOD SPECIFIED IN THE SCHEDULE OF REQUIREMENTS. Bidders should have completed, at least WITHIN THE LAST FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
