Description : 1) The West Visayas State University Medical Center, through the Internally Generated Income 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Thirty Four Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Five Pesos Only (PhP 2, 734, 985.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Household Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The West Visayas State University Medical Center now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Various Household Supplies . Delivery of the Goods is required thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of NTP except items 1, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13 & 14 which are staggered for 3 months. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
