The Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA)4 intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Ninety-Five Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (PhP 11, 095, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Hospital Grade Disinfectants and Antiseptics (Framework Agreement) to Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
