1) The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), through the General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Six Pesos and Fifty Centavos (P 809, 996.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Hardware/ Construction Materials for the Repair/ Improvement of Twenty-Three (23) Units of Comfort Rooms at Sierra Madre Suites, Palayan City, Nueva Ecija. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
