Supply and Delivery of Various Grocery Items to be Distributed as Food Assistance
1) The Provincial Government of Cagayan, through the Annual Budget - LDRRM Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of P 4, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Grocery Items to be Distributed as Food Assistance /PBD Goods 2026-024 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Cagayan now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Various Grocery Items to be Distributed as Food Assistance using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required by 45 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least five years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
