1 The Municipal Government Unit of San Policarpo, Eastern Samar, through MDRRM SPECIAL TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thirty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Only (Php 739, 700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS GOODS FOR PREPOSITIONING OF RELIEF GOODS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
