Supply and Delivery of various Flashlights, as per BSP Specifications (conso - 4 lots)

Name of the Requirement/Brief Description : Supply and Delivery of the following, as per BSP Specifications:



Lot 1: Two (2) units Industrial Flashlight

Lot 2: Four (4) units Heavy Duty Flashlight

Lot 3: Nineteen (19) units Tactical Flashlight

Lot 4: Ninety Six (96) units LED Flashlight





Approved Budget for the Contracts (ABCs), all VAT inclusive :

Lot 1: Php4, 800.00 (Php2, 400.00/unit)

Lot 2: Php54, 000.00 (Php13, 500.00/unit)

Lot 3: Php100, 700.00 (Php5, 300.00/unit)

Lot 4: Php144, 000.00 (Php1, 500.00/unit)



(Quotations/Proposals exceeding these amounts shall be disqualified.)





Delivery Period :

Lot 1: Within fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt of a copy of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) to be issued by the Administrative Services Department (ASD)



Lot 2: Within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of a copy of the NTP to be issued by the Facilities Management and Engineering Department (FMED)



Lot 3: Within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of a copy of the NTP to be issued by the Security, Investigation and Transport Department (SITD)



Lot 4: Within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of a copy of the NTP to be issued by SITD
