The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Regional Office 02 (BFAR-RO2), using a Single Year Framework Agreement (Outright Determination of Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid under GPPB Resolution No. 27-2019), through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Seven Pesos (P3, 796, 867.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item Supply and Delivery of Various Fish Feeds as Feed Requirements for BFAR-RO2 Farm Stations. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
