1. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF PASIG, through the Executive Budget CY 2024 intends to apply the sum Eighteen Million Two Hundred Ninety Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Eight Pesos & 50/100 Pesos (PhP18, 290, 478.50) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Various Drugs and Medicines, Medical and Dental Supplies - CHD. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
