Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR CSP MAP 2024
1. The Cagayan Valley Medical Center (CVMC), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Fifteen Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Seven Pesos and 50/100 (Php 2, 515, 257.50) being the ABC to payments under the contract Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines for CSPMAP PB 2024 with PhilGEPs IB no. 10738125. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening.
2. The Cagayan Valley Medical Center (CVMC) SBAC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by ten (10) days upon receipt of Purchase Order (PO). Prospective Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project within the last two (2) years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids.
