Supply and Delivery of Various Drugs and Medicines
1) The LGU-GIPORLOS, EASTERN SAMAR, through the MOOE of Mayor-s Office intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the project Supply and Delivery of Various Drugs and Medicines under the Contract No. GOODS 2026-04-009. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU-GIPORLOS, EASTERN SAMAR, now invites bids for the above project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
