The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAYBAY, PANDAN, ANTIQUE, through the 20% MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of Seventy Five Thousand Pesos Only(75, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of various Materials for the proposed Improvement of Barangay Stage.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
