The Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital, through the General Appropriations Act 4 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Five Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (PhP 6, 558, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Common Medical Supplies - Batch 3 (Framework Agreement). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital now invite bids for Supply and Delivery of Various Common Medical Supplies - Batch 3 (Framework Agreement). using the framework agreement. Delivery of the Goods as stipulated in the Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
