1. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF PASIG, through the Executive Budget CY 2024 intends to apply the sum Seventy-One Million Nine Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-Four Pesos Only (PhP71, 934, 824.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Various Chemicals Sanitation and Dengue Task Force - CHD. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
