2026-GOODS-24
1)The VICENTE SOTTO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER, through the 2026 GAA/IGF intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety Four Million One Hundred Eighteen Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Three Pesos Only (PhP 194, 118, 423.00) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Cathlab Supplies 2026-Goods-24. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The VICENTE SOTTO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for until December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within the past three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3)Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
