IB NO. 2026-GOODS-023-02-0629
1) The ILOCOS TRAINING AND REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (ITRMC), through the SAA # 2026-02-1134-MOOE and INCOME (CM) - MOOE, intends to apply the sum of FORTY-ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED NINETEEN PESOS (PHP41, 800, 619.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS CANCER DRUGS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The ITRMC now invites bids for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS CANCER DRUGS. Delivery of the Goods is required for a period of six (6) months, on the scheduled dates stated in the approved Purchase Order (PO). Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.b...
