Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS BALIK ESKWELA PROGRAM EQUIPMENT
1. The Local Government of Maconacon, Isabela, through 2026 LCPC MOOE and as per Authority for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS BALIK ESKWELA PROGRAM EQUIPMENT intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNBDRED FORTY-TWO THOUSAND PESOS (Php 342, 000.00). being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS BALIK ESKWELA PROGRAM EQUIPMENT”. The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Maconacon, Isabela now invites bids for the “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS BALIK ESKWELA PROGRAM EQUIPMENT” is required for a contract duration of 15 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
