1) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte, through the RA 7171 CY 2022 under Provincial Appropriation Ordinance No. 021-2025 intends to apply the sum of Eighteen Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 18, 900, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Urea to be Distributed to Farmers/Groups/Associations in Ilocos Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PGIN now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Urea to be Distributed to Farmers/Groups/Associations in Ilocos Norte. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, at least 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
