Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT TWO FAILED BIDDINGS
(Pursuant to Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A 9184 - Negotiated Procurement Two Failed Competitive Biddings)
1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Local Government Unit of Siay invites bidders to participate in the negotiation for the Procurement of Upgrading of Child Development Center (Brgy. Sibuguey).
2. The LGU-Siay, Local Government Unit of Siay, through the approved Budget of the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Forty Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-One Pesos and Fifty-four Centavos Only (P 340, 921.54) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the abovementioned procurement.
3. The LGU-Siay now invites interested bidders to submit and negotiate offer for the project on or before May 11, 2026 at 5:00 P.M at Office of the BAC Chairman, 2nd Floor, Municipal Hall Bldg., Dacanay, Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay.
