FOR MUNICIPLAITY OF SARRAT
1. The Municipality of Sarrat, Ilocos Norte, through 20% Reprogramming MAO#2026-13-04-05 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Two Hundred Fourteen Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-Six Pesos (Php 4, 214, 426.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Ultrasound and Hematology Analyzer. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Sarrat, Ilocos Norte now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Ultrasound and Hematology Analyzer using Public Bidding Procurement. Delivery of the Goods is required to be completed 20 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
