Description : SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TWO (2) UNITS SUV VEHICLE
PROVINCIAL CAPITOL, SURIGAO CITY
1) The Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte, through the 2025 AB GF AO 03 S2024 REGULAR (1-07-06-010), intends to apply the sum of Three Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 3, 600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 2 units Brand New SUV Vehicle. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Ninety (90) days. Bidders should have completed, within three years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
