Project Identification/Invitation to Bid No. 26-04-0026
1. The Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority, through the Approved Corporate Budget intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION PESOS ONLY (PHP 5, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TWO (2) SEATER GOLF CART FOR THE USE OF CLUB INTRAMUROS GOLF COURSE (CIGC). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project.
