Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TWENTY-TWO (22) UNITS FORAGE CHOPPER
1) The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 1 (DA-RFO 1), through the GAA FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (PhP7, 260, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TWENTY-TWO (22) UNITS FORAGE CHOPPER with project identification number DA-RFO 1-2026-GOODS-071. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DA-RFO 1 now invites bids for the above-mentioned procurement project with the following details and minimum specifications, to wit:

1. 7 Hp, diesel engine, water-cooled
2. Specific Fuel Consumption: should not exceed 300 g/kw-hr
B. Classification
1. Precision cut and semi precision cut forage chopper shall be able to cut at least three different length settings
2. Shall produce clear-cut chopped materials
3. Knife shall be individually adjustable, replaceable and can be easily be sharpened
