1. The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), through the General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Five and 60/100 Pesos (P 297, 385.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Tires and Batteries. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of quotations.
2. The PGNE now invites Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) registered Suppliers to quote for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by fifteen (15) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed.
