Description : NOTICE OF SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT
PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through its 2026 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Million Seven Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php1, 795, 500.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply and Delivery of Timbers for Mine 3 Coal Project (“Project”), through Section 34. Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009. Delivery of services shall be within ninety (90) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) to PNOC EC Mine 3 Project Site, Brgy. Little Baguio, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay.
PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening. Please refer to the attached Technical Specifications (TS) for complete details.
