SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF THERMAL PUSH CARTS (RE-BID)
1. The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center (BGHMC), through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Sixty -Five Thousand Pesos (Php 2, 365, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Thermal Push Carts (Re-bid). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center (BGHMC) now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Thermal Push Carts (Re-bid). Delivery of the Goods is required within the fiscal year 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
