INVITATION TO BID FOR THE

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF THERMAL IMAGING CAMERA

Reference No. PB161005-RM38/GTMD18-16-94664



1. The National Transmission Corporation (TransCo), through the 2016 Corporate Budget approved by the TransCo Board intends to apply the sum of PhP 3, 648, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF THERMAL IMAGING CAMERA Reference No. PB161005-RM38/GTMD18-16-94664. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2. Transco now invites bids for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF THERMAL IMAGING CAMERA. Delivery of the Goods/Services is required for the period of two (2) months, upon receipt of the Contract.



3. Bidders should have completed, within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.



4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary -A"pass/fail-A
