A. General Requirements
• Public address and studio broadcast teleprompter systems
• Two (2) units of floor-standing presidential teleprompter system
• One (1) unit of camera-mounted studio teleprompter system
• Supply, delivery, and installation of all three (3) units and corresponding accessories
• Provide technical training session for at least six (6) operators covering equipment deployment, software configuration, system calibration, and troubleshooting
• Delivery period is within thirty (30) days upon receipt of Purchase Order or similar notice
• User manual shall also be provided by the supplier
• One (1) year warranty on all parts, monitors, components, and labor
• An outright replacement with a brand-new unit will be provided if any manufacturing defect or malfunction is discovered within one (1) week of initial deployment
