A. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
The System shall consist of a complete, portable teleprompter setup suitable for presidential speeches, with adjustable height, self-reversing monitor, beam splitter mirror, control interfaces, and professional software. All components shall be new, unused, and compatible with standard Windows operating systems.
1. Mechanical Components
• Adjustable stand constructed form high-strength carbon fiber or equivalent material, with minimum height of 2.1 meters and silent-locking wheels for mobility
• Adjustable angle mechanism (0-30 degrees between stand and beam splitter for optimal reading angle per user
• Super-thin tempered glass beam splitter mirror (2-3mm thickness, 70/30 brightness ratio, dimensions minimum 360mm x 360mm)
2. Monitor Specifications
