- Sublimation V Neck T-Shirt

- Material: High Quality Polydex (polyester and Dextron) - GSM 200

- Customized Full Color Sublimation Print (entire design is directly infused into the fabric)

- No Manufacturer's Tag but with "SIZE TAG"

- 6 Pass printing

- 2XS to 5XL Sizes

Note: See attached prescribed design layout, color, other specifications and other Terms of Reference

1. All bidders shall submit along with their bid proposal an actual sample of the Full Sublimated T-Shirt based on the procuring entity-s design and specifications

2. Supplier shall deliver all T-Shirts within Fifteen (15) calendar days from the receipt of purchase order (PO).

3. Delivery of the items shall be on a one (1) time basis

4. All delivered items shall be subject to final counting and quality control inspection before the acceptance.

5. All defective items considered as (improperly sewed, with damage in the printing and cloth, improper/with no size tagged) found upon inspection shall be replaced/fixed by the Supplier without no additional cost.
