1. The VICENTE SOTTO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER, through the 2026 GAA/IGI intends to apply the sum of Five Million Eight Hundred Eighty One Thousand Eight Hundred Fifteen Pesos only (PhP 5, 881, 815.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Sutures (Early Procurement Activity) Rebid EPA-R-2026-17. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The VICENTE SOTTO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for until December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within the past three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
