1) The Southern Philippines Medical Center, through the Specific Budget of NGAs /

Funds for the CALENDAR YEAR 2026 intends to apply the sum FIFTY-FOUR

MILLION ONE HUNDRED SIxTY-TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTEEN AND

FORTY-SEVEN HUNDREDTHS (PHP 54, 162, 915.47) being the Approved Budget for

the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF

SUTURES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid

opening.



2) The Southern Philippines Medical Center now invites bids for SUPPLY AND

DELIVERY OF SUTURES using the Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is

required 30 Calendar Days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should

have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids,

contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the
