The CITY GOVERNMENT OF TRECE MARTIRES using a Single-Year Framework Agreement, through the CY 2026 - CITY GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP1, 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FIREWOOD FOR 2026 - FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT with PR No. 2026-01-0090. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
