The Department of Education-Schools Division of Pasay City (DepEd-Pasay) through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends for the implementation of the Project: Supply and Delivery of Supplies and Materials for Library Hub in the amount of Two Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Pesos only (P235, 000.00), chargeable against the Sub-Allotment Release Order No. RO-NCR-26-00789 under National Government Fund - DepEd, SDO Pasay City.
In view of this, DepEd, SDO, Pasay City requests submission of Price Quotations for the above-mentioned project.
Please submit your duly signed quotations along with the copy of the following documents not later than July 30, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. for the item described under the duly signed and approved Purchase Request No. 2026-07-61-SVP dated July 20, 2026 subject to the terms and conditions provided therein and this Request for Quotation.
