1) The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental, through Source of Fund: Early Procurement Activity (EPA) intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Four Hundred Five Pesos (Php19, 995, 405.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract “Supply and Delivery of Supplementary Printed Values-Education and Human-Development Resource Materials for the Moral Recovery Program of the Province of Negros Oriental”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by the End-user within 60 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
