1. The Local Government of Sto. Domingo, Camaligan, Camarines Sur, through the 20% EDF intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱450, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for GOOD-ST01-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
