1. The Municipal Government of Mogpog, through the 20% CDF Continuing Appropriation FY 2023 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (P254, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Solar Generator Set For Multi-Purpose Hall, Brgy. Malusak. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2. The Municipal Government of Mogpog now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Materials. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
