Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office - Cordillera Administrative Office (DA-RFO-CAR), through the 2025 General Appropriation Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Six Hundred Twenty-One Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Five Hundred Pesos (P3, 621, 375.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Soil Ameliorant in Support to Rice Program. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DA-RFO-CAR now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Soil Ameliorant in Support to Rice Program. Supply and delivery of the Goods shall begin upon receipt of the approved Notice to Proceed and the required completion is stated in the Section VI. Schedule of Delivery. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
