1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Ninety Seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 1, 097, 500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract Supply and Delivery of Sleeping Kits for prepositioning in disaster prone and vulnerable communities likely to be affected by natural and human-induced hazards, for immediate response and emergency operations. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
