1) The Local Government Unit of Pili, Camarines Sur, through the Donation - Schools Operations / Assistance Package (cash/school/supply) intend to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (₱ 823, 500.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Sixty-One (61) Units Smart TV - Google 32 inches for Kinder Garten and SNEED / Contract Number DBM-2026-016. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Pili, Camarines Sur, now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Sixty-One (61) Units Smart TV - Google 32 inches for Kinder Garten and SNEED. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
