1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3, through the Journal Entry Voucher No. 2024-03-068 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Eight Hundred Five Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-Three and 20/100 Pesos Only (P 3, 805, 583.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Shallow Tube Well. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
