SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SEVEN (7) UNITS OF HAMMER MILLS TO BE DISTRIBUTED TO THE BENEFICIARIES OF LIVELIHOOD PROJECTS UNDER THE SAAD PROGRAM FOR CY 2026
1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATION ACT for the Year 2026 intends to apply the sum; ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND PESOS (P1, 890, 000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for DA3-2026-03-1420. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by for Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
