Description : 1. The Municipal Government of TUKURAN, Province of ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, through the Philhealth YAKAP Proceeds intends to apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE PESOS Only per head per year (Php855.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Services for the Implementation of the PhilHealth YAKAP Program. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The Municipal Government of TUKURAN now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Services for the Implementation of PhilHealth YAKAP Program. Eligibility documents of interested SERVICE PROVIDERs must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before April 27, 2026 at 1:30PM at the BAC Secretariat Office, Municipal Hall Compound, TUKURAN, Province of ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
